With degrees in counseling from Grace College, I am a licensed mental health counselor with 20 years of experience working in the mental health field.

By using advanced training in working with trauma and relational difficulty, I collaborate with clients to help create lasting change.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I have a passion for serving individuals, couples, and families primarily using Restoration Therapy, which focuses heavily on healing from generational wounds.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor, I bring over 15 years of experience and combine cognitive behavioral, strength-based, attachment-based and trauma-focused interventions, incorporating and integrating my Christian faith, cross-cultural experiences and grace for the therapeutic process.
